I'd like to request refund policy option based on the course start date instead of the term start date (e.g. 100% up to 10 days after course starts). This would allow greater flexibility for schools like us that have courses start at different times, for module style classes, etc.

This would be amazing. Doing all refunds manually cusses some issues as the person posting can pretty much do whatever they want for those of us in module systems.
It would also be helpful to be able to attach the refund policy to a course instead of a tuition schedule or student account.
I agree. There are several issues in registration and financial aid that are not compatible with the term only based system. There are many schools with module based systems that currently are forced to do a lot of manual work that has the potential for significant error.
