Allow for the creation of multiple pages on a test. Having 80 questions on a single screen is a bit overwhelming.

  Not only is a very long test overwhelming but if there was the ability to not backtrack after going to a new page that would be helpful.  Page 1 we want to restrict the use of a resource (e.g. a Bible) but allow the use of a resource on page 2 (e.g., a Bible).
