"Is it not possible to base the Auto Grade of a discussion on the due date for the discussion assignment instead of the Comments Closed setting?
My preference is to allow a discussion to remain open and active for as long as the class is going but have the auto grade kick in when the due date is reached, despite the discussion still being open. It doesn't look like this is possible..."
