Hi,
I am wondering if you could add a feature that would allow us to run a report to keep track of all communication we do with each applicant while they are in the application process (lead or start an application to acceptance). It could look something like this:
John Smith: 10 emails, 2 phone calls, 2 packages/ letters sent, 10 texts
We could then click on each (email, phone call, etc) within their Populi admissions page (or Activity feed -wherever it's possible) and see the dates of when he was emailed, called, sent a letter or texted.
We just want to start keeping track of what is effective and how many "touches" it takes to make an applicant and enrollee.
