Consider having an option to set the Info/Files documents to have a default. For example, we prefer all syllabi to be loaded to the Files area. And, we want our students to be able to see these files prior to registration. Currently, the instructors have to remember to change the setting (which many forget).
If the administrator level could "default" the visibility, this would save some headache for every course, every instructor, etc.
