We would like the initial email that goes out to users upon user creation, to be customizable so that it would include their username and institutional email added as well as our AD reset link and verbiage that let's the user know what they can access and how they can access it. Our current AD system does not send this email automatically. We are using SSO but will be adding their AD username and info to Populi upon user creation and would like this to trigger this email.

Molly Jones We'd also like this ability. Our students know to expect the automated email from Populi that contains their username and the link to set their password, but our problem seems to be that many students don't actually see the email in their inbox. This is because the subject line doesn't include the word "Populi." I believe ours is something like "Cincinnati College" - very generic. Many times students have told me they didn't receive their Populi email, and I'll check their inbox only to find the email there. I point it out to them and they're like... "Oh." It's just not obvious at all that it's from Populi. Would be so great if we could at least edit the subject line to be something like "Your Populi Login" or "A message from Populi." Thanks.

Adam Sentz @Molly - That is a really good point. Since the From is already the name of your school it's totally redundant to have in the subject anyway. I changed the subject to Welcome to Populi.
