Financial Aid Reporting

 Financial>Financial Aid>Reporting>Academic Progress

Can we add a Term GPA column in Academic Progress?  Meaning, students who don't earn any grades (zero term GPA) for a semester have to be recorded as unofficially withdrawn.  It would be nice to have al the Title IV reporting stuff all in one place at the  end of the semester.  I have a student who has done so well with GPA and pace, but had a bad semester where he didn't pass any courses.  Because he had done so well previously, the academic progress report didn't trigger the unofficial withdrawal.

Josh at the TRACS conference mentioned that if we could show that the USDE needs certain information, Populi would take a look at it.  Here is the USDE paragraph and link from page 5-56.

"If a student who began attendance and has not officially withdrawn fails to earn a passing grade in at least one course offered over an entire period, the institution must assume, for Title IV purposes, that the student has unofficially withdrawn, unless the institution can document that the student completed the period."
