We have to send hard copy letters to loan recipients every quarter and when we do this through the letter templates under communications, we have to add each recipient individually which can be very time consuming.
I have been thinking of a way that this would be more efficient for us. I was wondering if we could add a feature when a disbursement batch is created to "send letter" to the group of students. There is an option of emailing and texting students but since we are mandated to mail them a hard copy of their loan forms, I think this would make it a much more efficient process.
Please let me know if this is a possibility.
