We have a number of people who only audit classes; they aren't regular students but instead simply come and audit classes. We have 50-100 per semester. We'd like a way to handle them from Application to Enrollment so that they don't get confused with regular students.
In particular, it would be great if we could have a separate Audit Application, that when people are "accepted" they are somehow tagged as "Audit Accepted" or something so that we know they aren't regular students and haven't been through the formal acceptance process and they can only register as auditors. Ideally, these people could have access to their Populi account and register themselves for courses as Auditors. We have some people who will audit an entire sequence of courses and if they could manage the process instead of us, that would be ideal.
