Multiple Specialization Choices on Application

We would like to give students filling out our admissions application the ability to choose: Degree (BA or BS), Major (All choices offered in that program), and Concentration/Minor (all choices attached to that Major).  Right now we only have the option to have them pick a degree and a major and not an additional concentration/minor.  We would also like these choices to determine the degree audit that has been setup according to each choice's requirements.
