Add a check all button for notes/emails/etc. on student activity

Please add a Check All button to the visibility popup (in emails, notes, etc.).  There are many times where we need to put a note on a student account that all staff can see.  We use the visibility defaults, but there are enough times where we want everyone to be able to see notes that it would save a lot of time to be able to just click a button to select all.  I also know it doesn't take long to program :)  Thanks

  @Steve - If you check just Staff and Faculty you'll cover the vast majority of folks since most roles require the Staff role. We have the additional granularity so you can restrict visibility to people with higher levels of access, but it's not necessary to check all the roles to grant access more broadly.
