Currently, we are able to filter emails/notes by people. However, when determining the visibility, we use roles. It would be very helpful if we could filter by roles.
For example, I often have a need to see if a student was put under any discipline. If so, there will be a letter that is uploaded to the student's account. However, there are currently 7 people who might have uploaded such a letter. In the past, I might have had other people in that role. Hence, it's very cumbersome to search for it by person, and it's even prone to errors, as it's easy to overlook someone who doesn't work for our college anymore or simply moved to a different position.
Could you please add filtering by roles?
