We need a new tool when locking courses with incomplete students. When we finalize students, but leave incomplete students open, it does not produce a Lock symbol. For our reporting and date needs, it would be helpful to be able to see that the rest of the students are locked and finalized BUT that there is at least one student still in the course that has an incomplete. Basically, we need a lock symbol with a Flag. It will allow us to see that the professors have finalized their courses and the student grades are finalized other than the incomplete students. Although we know that professors can input grades through the roster, we still need that information for graduation needs etc. Our Academic Dean otherwise needs to go through each "open" course to identify whether the course was in fact finalized with incomplete students Or, if the professor was not completed.
Please help create a Lock Option with Flag that our professors could use when finalizing the course, but having at least one student open. We understand that this is not the system in place, but would be extremely helpful for our Academic Dean. Thank you for your help.
