Hi we get students trying to pay and get the 'can not process' credit card error in red when it probably is something specific to the fields they made a mistake on - such as billing address or postal/zip etc.
Would be fantastic to be able to have better, more accurate feedback on why the payments don't go through (instead of 'cannots')
Not sure if you get that kind of feedback from stripe or whatever but it would help us onboard student easier!
