It would be great if the alerts on the dashboard indicated which student had lesson or assignment activity on specific assignments. For example (Sally Smith has submitted (or resubmitted) assignment LessonXX" Instead of the general "Lesson XX has new activity."

Adam Sentz @Tiffany - In a course with more than a small number of students a teacher could quickly end up with dozens and dozens of alerts. Years ago they were more individual, but we aggregated them because it was just too noisy.
