I would like the ability to run student balance aging report where I see only unpaid invoices through the "as of" date less financial aid effective through the "as of" date. The end goal is this -
A report that shows what a student really owes as of today, net of financial aid that has already been applied.
I don't want future pending financial aid to appear on the report.
Example as of 8/2/17 at Bethany Global University - Lucas Aguilar.
The current report shows his unpaid balance at $3,091 and pending aid of $23,941 (including future aid). This gives a misleading picture.
I would want the report to show that he has an unpaid balance of $3,091 less pending aid of $3,091. This would clearly show his current balance is zero.
