Communication Plans for Groups other than Leads

Communication Plans can be applied to individuals and leads and their groupings. It would be helpful to apply these same action to groups of current students or applicants. For example, consider a communication plan that applies to all students who have not submitted their applications. This can be done to individual students but not as a filtered group as described. This feature would greatly improve the strength and usefulness of a feature that already has similar functionality, but is less convenient to apply to large groups. Thank You
