Printing official transcripts without In Process courses

Our students register several months before the start of a new term, and we do not consider their registration "official" until after the add/drop date. I would like to be able to print only "official" (i.e., past the add/drop date) courses on the official transcript, rather than everything a student has registered for but not yet begun.
