I would like to see the ability to set specific dates for things to happen within communication plans. So far, all we can do is set how many days out from the implementation of a communication plan a form of contact should take place. But with regard to events that we will host, it would be nice to set a particular day and time to send an email, mailer, FB post, etc. Is it possible to add this as a feature?

Donna Haug Yes, for sure!!! I use Communication Plans for events like Grad for instance. We want to send out reminders for their Grad Applications for a specific date and then send out memos a couple of weeks before the event, etc. This would be so helpful!

Natalie Ybarra The ability to structure a Communication Plan by specific dates instead of by days from the implementation would be really helpful to admissions - dates dictate our process and thus, our communications.
