Please can the below issue be addressed. (The issue description was written by Nick from Populi after we discussed the issue via Skype.)
"When a custom field is added to an alumnus' profile, it is added only to that one alumnus, not to all alumni and students. So the bad news here is that you must add a particular custom field manually, one at a time to your alums. (This might be a good time for one of you to ask that this can be done in bulk for a tagged groups like "Alumni". To ask for that, go here to make a Feature Request. The good news is that the custom field you create appears only to alumni and will only appear if you select the Data Permissions of "Viewable by Profile Owner" or "Editable by Profile Owner". Students and Alumni never see the custom fields in the "Other" section of the profile under the "Info" tab, unless these Data Permissions are given."
