Add "tag" to sort features under pending charges

Is there a way to add the "tag" filter to the pending charges page under billing-current? We would like to mass Bill students with a specific tag including tuition and fees but it appears we are not able to sort on the specific "tag" on this page. Thanks much for the consideration
