Add an OVER AWARD column on the Aid Applications export

Add an over award column on the Aid Applications export. Format the column as currency and only populate for students who are over-awarded.

Any word on if this will be a feature implemented in the future?

If we were able to pull a report of students who show to have an over-award, it would help tremendously in ensuring that we can address said over-award before we have a Title IV Financial Aid Audit.
