Sometimes my professors put 30-40 files on Populi for a single course. Downloading these one at a time is murder. Please add a feature that allows us to select multiple files to download, and a separate feature that allows us to download all files at once. Thanks for considering it!

Adam Sentz @Jonathan - Are you required to download all the files? Many file types should be viewable in Populi without needing to download them.

Jonathan Hamilton Not necessarily in every case. But as a seminary student I want to have many of these files for the rest of my life to assist in ministry. In some cases I need to print the files in order to take notes on them, and I assumed it would be easier to print them if I download them first, but perhaps that is a mistaken assumption?

Adam Sentz @Jonathan - Thanks for the info. You are correct that, in order to print a file you need to download that file.

Bethany P Our students have limited bandwidth and would like to download video lesson files in lower file size or resolution so they can watch them while not using the internet.

Satya Levine Some of our classes use the files section heavily, in place of uploading individual files to lesson pages. Our students would like to be able to download more files simultaneously, up to a limit of all files in the course.

Adam Sentz Satya Levine - We added the ability to download multiple files from the Files tab of a course some years ago, but missed marking this request complete. Just check the files you want and click Download. If you need assistance with this please reach out to Populi Support.
