I would like to see an app fee waiver option for applications? We run promotions with a "code" that allows a student to waive their app fee. Because of how Populi's fee works with the application, a student is not able to submit an app without having paid it ahead of time. I would much rather them be able to put in the correct code ahead of time and see that the app was submitted successfully. I think it is a bit of a deterrent for a student not to be able to actually click the submit button until they have paid the fee or we have waived it subsequent to their having filled out the information.

Sean Neesley I agree! I would love to see a Promo or Discount Code option for applications (similar to what is offered in the Bookstore) to allow students to adjust the cost of the application automatically with the correct code. At the moment I am trying to do that manually and it is not efficient and prone to confusion for students. Please consider adding this feature!

Cynthia Harrison We have a large group of students who are exempt from paying an application fee. It would be a great help to have the option of offering a waive app fee code rather than monitoring each application that is started.

Janie Unkefer I strongly agree with the reasons for requesting a fee waiver code listed above! A waiver code would be hugely helpful in increasing efficiency of the application process for students and staff! The current manual process requires lots of monitoring and creates confusion/road blocks for students and extra steps for staff. Having a waiver code feature would remove human processing from something that could be streamlined using a coded process. Thank you for considering adding a waiver code feature!

Dawn Bruce-Tagoe I Agree, we would like to use a waiver code for the application fee as incentive to the customer to complete the form within a certain time frame, rather than manually monitoring each individual applicant.

Rachel Gilmore This would be super helpful for our institution as well. I"m currently running a promotion and waiving the application fee, which makes it difficult without providing a code.

Pamela Fraser I agree with this. I would really like to see this feature! It would be nice if we could have different codes for different amounts. We also should be able to have codes "expire". It would be a helpful marketing tool to be able to say "50% off your application if you apply within the next 48 hours".
