When I do our clinic scheduling with students, the students are placed in small groups based on the type clinic experience they are doing term by term (ie. off campus or clinical rounds at Hollywood clinic etc). In order to schedule the shifts, I have to look at each students academic schedule in the group to figure out who will be placed where. It is a very tedious process.
I am wondering if there is any way to make this more efficient. Could you add a condition under the student table for 'last name' so I could pull the group of student's schedules at once (instead of having to go into each student's profile)?
The other issue is, when we export students schedules in populi it is hard to read for both me and the students. Would it be possible to have an option that the pdf could be organized by day and time rather than course catalog number?
