There was a thread on this issue a few years back, but clearly it didn't result in a change. Just wanting to re-open the request to add another option or two for when faculty can see their course evaluations. We often have small seminars, and don't reach 60% completion.
Could an options be added to make visible after a certain date? Or after the course grades are finalized so that the 60% threshold doesn't need to be met?
