Word Count in Peer Review Comments (and Grading Criteria)

Can word count be added as a Grading Criteria option for Peer Review assignments (along with the actual word counter tool)? I would like to require reviewers to engage with the submission by typing at least, say, 100 words in their review (so they don't just input "This is great!"). This is already available in Discussion Forum responses, I believe. The same feature would be nice in Peer Reviews.
