Increase box size for rubric criteria creation

Is it possible to have larger field boxes for the rubric criteria being edited/created? Even though each box increases slightly in size once you are able to start typing in it, it is impossible to view the entire text (at least in our case) for any of the entries without scrolling, and impossible to view the entire criteria at once. Having rubric criteria editable on its own page instead of in a fixed frame popup might be a simple way to enable this feature, and allow the entire global criteria to easily be reviewed and verified on the same screen it would be edited on (especially when making copies of existing criteria to tweak them for updated content, such as the switch from APA 6th to APA 7th). Allowing some non-plain-text (bold/italic/bullets etc), as per another feature request placed by another institution in March, would also be awesome and ease frustration expressed by our curriculum committed
