We are trying to use Populi to capture things like, "This student hasn't been in class for two weeks and the last time we talked they seemed rather disconnected" or "This student was reported by another student for making racially insensitive comments in the student center." These types of issues don't warrant a disciplinary action but are important for our Student Support Team to be aware of.
So our request: when a note is recorded on a student's Activity Feed and the Discipline visibility option is selected, could this trigger the sending of an email to one or more email addresses? If that email could simply state the student's name and that an issue for the Student Support Team has been recorded, that would be sufficient.
