I would love it if Populi could update the Organization section in general. Right now, it's pretty bare-bones (especially in comparison to the lead section of Populi). However, at the very least, it would be very helpful to have an option to email organizations/organization members en masse. It's currently very cumbersome to do this.

Adam Sentz Krista Vann - There is an "Email members" link underneath the profile picture on an organization's profile. If you want to email multiple organizations and/or their members simultaneously you'll need to use a mailing list, either a saved one or a "one-time" list.

That option has been given to me before. It's a little cumbersome, but it does work. I more so was hoping that eventually there may be an option under the "Actions" dropdown. -
Adam Sentz Krista Vann - Which Actions dropdown are you referring to? Could you go into more detail about your particular use case? I'm having a hard time figuring out what you're finding cumbersome.

Krista Vann Below is a screenshot of what I am referring to. That's where it would be easiest to have the "email" option.
Again, doing the one time mailing works. Perhaps I haven't used it enough to fully understand it, but the few times I have used it, it's taken me a while and I have gotten different mailing lists both times. Might be user error in some senses, but just wanted to share the feedback and make a suggestion.

Kevin Howland We are using Organizations in contacts to track Employment for our Graduate and Employment reports. It would be nice if we could add another category: Employers. Sending email to the organizations as Krista Vann suggested would allow us to remind employers when we have a new batch of graduates, if there are changes to our job board, or sending out a survey on how to improve our programs.

Adam Sentz Kevin Howland - You could add a tag (or tags if you wanted to segment in some way) the desired organizations, and use that to target your emails.

Kevin Howland Thank you, Adam Sentz that was successful. Now to figure out how to add a custom field as a variable to the email. I can't find where I can add a first and last name of the owner to personalize the email.
