Currently when we add or remove a tag from an individual profile, they remain on the mailing list until I remove the tag from the list (emptying the list), then re-add the tag (repopulating the list with those that currently have that tag/role)
Please either make it so that the mailing list regenerates dynamically when it is called on (when a user clicks on a list), or offer an obvious "refresh list" button (or list option), as this process gets very cumbersome especially when they are built out of multiple constituents (such as multiple cohort years).
The lack of this dynamic regeneration can lead to some users of the mailing lists not knowing they are incorrect and using them and sending communications to users no longer part of the intended group (such as to a recently withdrawn cohort member whose account hasn't yet been closed, though the tag has been removed from their profile as part of the registrar's process).
Note that I am also a fan of the 2016 " Better Faculty Filtering and Mailing Lists" feature request post, which is much more extensive in its asks, but am placing this request separately as a clear single feature ask that I hope will be more simple to execute and still offer an increase in usability that will be appreciated.
