Required fields - UI indicator

Two suggestions 

1. When a prospect fills out the initial part of the application (name, email address, etc), required fields are not indicated by a red asterisk as they are in Part II of the application form. It would be consistent UI to indicate required fields with a red asterisk. 

2. When an applicant fills out an application form and clicks submit, if  he fails to complete a required field, there is no visual indication to indicate which required field he missed. That would be helpful to the student.

  Daniel Soares - There should be an indication of missing required fields that prevent form submission. If you can send us a support request with some details we can look into that.

  I have a support request open (#108395). You can view the attachment in the request to see what I mean, referring to Part I of the application. Yes, the form is prevented from submission if required fields are not filled in, but that is after the fact. It's good UX to let a student know in advance what the required fields are.   The other part of my request also has to with UX. It's good practice to highlight to the user which required fields were not completed when they submit a form rather than just presenting a generic message letting the user know that all required fields must be completed.   I hope Populi will consider implementing these simple UX improvements to the Application form.

  Daniel Soares - I just tested that form and incomplete required fields are indicated on attempted form submission.

  Try this. If you leave all fields blank and try submitting the form, it will give you the error message you mentioned. Enter the First Name and Submit the form again. It will display an error for the Last Name field and so on. 

  Ideally, the error should display ALL required fields that have not been completed at one time. Even better, the user should know in advance which fields are required.
