The ability to catalog all of the texts/emails sent from the course within Populi would be helpful. It would allow a school to quickly and easily prove instructor to student interaction without the need to go to each individual student's dashboard/bulletin board. Perhaps if the Reporting Tab had sub categories such as Texts or Emails where we could click to see all of the texts sent by the professor to the students?
