Allow Users to Add Payment Methods

I see there are a couple of Feature Requests to Add Payment Method.

Is it possible to give us access to Add Payment Methods? 

Or just add Wire Transfer and e-Transfer, whichever is faster and easier.

  Add 'On-line' as a Payment Method, please.

  Some Payment Methods are defined in US terms and we use different terms in Canada: eg Check = Cheque ACH = PAD (pre-authorized debit) EFT has no equivalent in the States I realize some cannot change, but please let us custoimize the rest & add others...

  can we add an additional payment method when recording a donation or payment? I am manually posting pay pal payments from our website. I currently use other then modify the excel report.
