Hi, can we have a feature where we can choose the thumbnail or simply use first frame in video please?
Thank you!

Apparently, one of my recent posts was marked as a duplicate of this one, indicating I was requesting the same thing. It's interesting that Populi quickly closed my post and labeled it as a duplicate, yet this post from almost a year ago still hasn't received a response.
If they were as quick to reply to requests as they are to mark them as duplicates, maybe we would have a resolution by now.
Dr. Kasey Sees - We don't respond to every Feature Request. This request is pretty straightforward so we didn't think any followup was needed to understand exactly what's being requested. Hopefully a couple of things are obvious here: we read every post, and pay enough attention to them to be able remember when someone already made a similar request. We want to make sure duplicates are linked back so if someone searches and finds the latter post they get directed to the former post thus making sure that all the votes end up in one place.
So what scoring criteria do you use to determine feature updates? I've just read through the last years worth of requests. The highest number of up votes is roughly 7. Most have 0-2 up votes. In some scenarios, requests with 0 upvotes have been done whereas higher number up votes are not.
Do you give any indication of the plausibility of a feature request? Do you present any timeframes on when feature requests submit by users might be in acted. It appears to function as a wish list with any indication from anyone on whether or not the request is being considered.

I've read it. It doesn't answer my question. In a nutshell, it says, "your comments are helpful, keep them coming."
Any chance this is in an upcoming update?
