When inserting a YouTube link to be processed as an embedded video, it does not attempt to observe the portion of the link that has a time stamp for the video to begin at.
I do not want the students to have to attempt to do it manually when there is an automatic process that could be and should be observed to handle this on the end of Populi when turning a link into an embedded YouTube video.
I did end up using iframes to accomplish this same matter and it works fine within Populi, but maybe there is a way for people to not have to do that. or BETTER YET, if Populi sees it is a link that contains a timestamp, just go ahead and apply formatting as an iframe. ????? Just trying to help someone else who likely has the same issue.
Ronnie Barnes - I just tested this and it's working as expected (the timestamp in the YouTube URL is respected). If you'd like to send your particular example to support we can take a look into why it's not working.
