It would make this feature more versatile if a user could change the language that goes out with an online reference (referring to it as an online reference). At NIMAA, for example, we'd like to use this functionality to document interviews done by our externship organizations. Also, there should be a notifications option for this feature, as well so that an admissions counselor or other select role(s)) gets notified by email when a reference form is submitted/complete) and not just on the admissions dashboard, where the info can easily get lost.
