We would like to use organizations' logos as their profile pictures, but the current functionality is quite tedious as all profile pictures seem to have to conform to the ~ 1:1.25 ratio. Current workaround is to paste a screenshot of the organization's logo into MS Word, then take a new screenshot of the logo with the appropriate proportions of whitespace to make it somewhat fit in the slot. If there were some kind of easy fix for this, that would be great.
