Balances by account (minimum starting and ending) in General Ledger Summary and Detail Reports

Would be amazing to have at least starting and ending Balances by account in the General Ledger Summary and Detail Reports. Ideally it could show a running balance similar to a bank statement which would make it easy to export or print to reconcile to accounting software similar to a bank statement. Right now you have to download and manually manipulate it.
