Finance - Ability to select "Balance as at" date for Unpaid/Unapplied Deposits

In order to speed up reconciliations with accounting software, being able to select the Balance as at date on the Unpaid/Unapplied Deposits report would be extremely helpful. It would be the same implementation as on the Student Balances report.
