Automatic Payment Plan DISCOUNT

It would be great to have the option to have a discount (or "negative fee") for folks that enroll and(, preferably) stay in an automatic payment plan. For instance, since most of our students and their families cannot pay in full up front, incentivizing them to commit to pay regularly is very helpful, so we manually apply a discount to those families that enroll in recurring payments. Unfortunately, because this is manual, we not only have to track who has set up automatic payments and then apply the discount manually, but we also have to manually track if someone has cancelled their payments and manually calculate a pro rated REMOVAL of the discount. Having this done automatically would do wonders.
