It would be very helpful in the Communication Plans for an option to be added so that an email could be sent automatically in a recurring fashion (for example, once every month or once every few weeks) to a specific mailing list or individual. This would be especially helpful for sending reminder emails or to-do items to faculty and staff when the same reminders will be needed periodically over a long period. It could also be used to send students billing reminders or other items.
Currently, it seems the only way to do this is to add multiple events to the Communication Plan, either by specific dates or by counting days, but this becomes very time-consuming. It would be much easier if one event could be created with the option to repeat the event.
