I would like to be able to select balance due or term balance due as variables, like date and name, in the email templates. It would be helpful to have the amount in the email text so students can see what is due.

Valerie Whitley This would be helpful in the Letter Templates as well. Also, a variable for "Last Account Activity" to go along with this. Thanks.
