The Zoom integration only writes meetings back to the person's Zoom account when they've moved to In Progress (i.e. Start Conference has been hit). It would be much better if it wrote them back once they were created. Instructors who schedule Zoom meetings outside of Populi or who use a shared Zoom account could potentially double-book a time b/c it's not noted in Zoom as scheduled.

Adam Sentz Tami Bonnett-Admi - That does sounds better in theory. The reason it doesn't work this way is that it creates a scenario where you can edit or delete the meeting over in Zoom, but Zoom doesn't have a way of notifying Populi that this took place so they could get out of sync which would result in a bad/broken experience.
