Allow DATE variable in templates to operate like the input of date/time fields

When using {!DATE!} in a template, it uses the date the event occurs - it would be ideal if we could call the variable and append/parameter it so it worked like the data input fields in Populi

Like {!DATE +6 months!} or {!DATE next friday!}
