With changes to regulations, we would like to collect some info in our admissions applications, but only have the data viewable by Registrar roles, and not admissions roles. Perhaps some questions/fields in the application could be viewable by certain roles, and blind to others?

Adam Sentz Chrissy Coleman - Could you provide some examples of the types of info so we get a better idea of what you're looking for?

Chrissy Coleman For instance, in our application, our recruitment team is hoping to continue to gather diversity data of who is applying to our PhD program (as part of the admissions application). This data should not be seen nor considered by the admissions committees reviewing the applications for admissions. If we could set that application question to only be seen by another role (blind to admissions and faculty) this would be perfect.

Elizabeth Reed Hello! With some of the legislation that is currently passing through Congress, it appears that schools need to be moving towards blind admissions, i.e., the ability to block all demographics Data and even names of applicants for admissions committees for the purpose of non-preferential admission processes.
