Add ability for students to see their reported attendance hours by day

We are using the clinical hours functionality coupled with attendance taking for events to record student externship hours. I would assume other healthcareer clock hours programs also need to record externship hours, as well. While students can see the total clinical hours attempted on their student tab and days they've been marked present, absent, tardy, excused, they cannot see the actual break down of attendance hours reported for them like instructors can on the Attendance tab of a course roster. It would be hugely helpful if students could see this information, as well, so that any discrepancies in their attendance can be reported to their instructor.
