Assignment Groups Weights should allow decimal entries (e.g. 8.5 %)

When entering Assignment Group Weight, decimal entries are not allowed. You can enter 8% as a weight but you can't enter 8.5%. I need to be able to enter weights including decimal values for certain Assignment Groups.
