It would be tremendous to have "Program-level" rubrics so that data reports for a particular rubric can be compiled over multiple classes/terms. Existing and custom fields could be used sort the data according to criteria.
Institutions commonly use such rubrics for assessing program-level learning outcomes. It would add an important aspect of academic program management to what is already in Populi.
