Manage Settings for All Course Assignments at Once

We recently have configured Turnitin integration with Populi at our school. We would like to submit a feature request to set "Plagiarism" settings (under “File” assignment type) for our entire institution as a whole, or at least for each course as a whole, so that individual instructors do not have to make individual choices of settings for each individual assignment in their courses.
